Azra Analytics assessed future technical requirements for the National Health Data Center in Pakistan. We also assessed computing needs and infrastructure at District Health Offices across Pakistan. We collected data on data flows and stores at district and health facility levels across Pakistan and analyzed this data. Our project sponsors were Global Health Development and the U.S. CDC. We reported our findings on data pipelines to these clients. This project involved coordinating a cross-country team across the United States and Pakistan. We used open source Python based libraries such as pandas and plotly for our analyses.
