Week 1: stakeholder interviews, workflow and decision mapping, and a review of the data sources those decisions depend on.
Week 2: scoring candidate use cases on impact and feasibility, sizing the data gaps, and building the plan.
You receive: a Decision & Data Roadmap (ranked use cases, the data gaps behind them, clear owners, and a 90-day plan) and a readout session with your leadership team.
